Anyone who has ever observed how children - without thinking too much - draw the bow, shoot, hit and then be extremely happy about their success, will feel how much fun archery gives our children. Beyond the overstimulation of television and computers, archery teaches children to concentrate on what is important and to achieve inner peace. The alternation of tensing and relaxing, of concentrating and letting go also helps children to reduce stress and trains the harmonious interaction of body and mind. Children learn to focus on the path to reach the goal - a skill that has positive effects in other areas too.
