Armguards

In the Middle Ages, arm guards were known as arm guard plates. Arm guards are protective devices that protect the archer's arm, especially the forearm, from the advancing bowstring. A well-fitting arm guard is part of every archer's basic equipment. They are worn on the left forearm by right-handed archers. If the bow arm is positioned incorrectly or if no arm guard is worn, the bowstring can cause very painful injuries, such as bruising. When used correctly, the arm guards from Bogensport Beier protect the forearm from injuries when archery. They are made from high-quality soft leather and impress with their functionality and comfort.
