Two weeks are often not enough to fully test the goods received. Therefore, you can safely return any product (except custom products) to us within 30 days and we will refund you the purchase amount immediately.

After a positive check we transfer the credit amount to your original payment method.
The voluntarily contractually granted right of return does not affect your statutory rights. These remain unrestricted and independent of the right of return exist. In particular, the statutory warranty claims and your right of withdrawal remain unaffected, of course.
