Complaint exclusions
The following issues are excluded from complaints and do not constitute valid grounds for a claim.
Due to the production process, molding seams may appear along the parting line of Larp - foam heads or on 3D animals / targets. When these seams are removed, the surface may show a slightly porous structure. As part of the manufacturing process, a porous surface may also occur on the Larp – foam head / 3D animal / targets. These characteristics are not considered defects in the conventional sense and have no technical impact. These foamed products can be used as intended and therefore do not constitute a reason for complaint with the right to return or exchange. Weight deviations in these foamed products are possible.
Our arrow nets as well as arrow target mats are subject to strict quality control. Nevertheless, small weaving imperfections may occasionally occur in the nets. These do not constitute a valid reason for complaint. Returns or exchanges cannot be claimed in such cases.
The draw weights of our bows are measured using calibrated and regularly maintained draw weight scales. Our specifications follow a tolerance of ±2 lbs. This is a common standard among bowyers and therefore not a valid reason for complaint. The following link explains this topic in more detail: Measurement of draw weight
When fiberglass laminates are used in bow making, stripes may appear on the limbs due to the production process. These characteristics are not considered defects in the conventional sense and have no technical impact. The bows can be used as intended. These features do not constitute a valid reason for complaint with the right to return or exchange.
