As a retailer, we also provide you with items that we do not keep in stock ourselves. If you purchase such an item from us, it will be with us in approx. 5-7 working days and will then be sent to you immediately.
Since we can only show our own stocks in our shop and not the stocks of wholesalers and suppliers, we are also dependent on the availability of the items. It can happen that wholesalers have to order goods directly from the manufacturer, i. H. in many cases in Asia or America. If this occurs, the regular delivery time is extended to up to 12 weeks. If products have to be made especially for you, the delivery time will be extended again.
We ask for your understanding if these circumstances can lead to delayed order processes. However, we will inform you about the delivery status immediately after your order and offer you alternatives if necessary.
