3D High-End Brass Screw-On Point 5/16 70 Grain: Speed and Elegance

Not every archer needs heavy weight up front. For bows with lower draw weights or for archers prioritizing the flattest possible trajectory (high speed), this 70-grain lightweight brass point is the top choice. It doesn't unnecessarily weigh down the arrow, yet thanks to the brass material, it retains a robust, compact form that steel points in this weight class often lack.

The combination of the slender 5/16 diameter and the aerodynamic 3D shape makes this point incredibly wind-resistant. Furthermore, the golden brass aesthetic significantly upgrades the look of thin wooden shafts without appearing bulky.

The technical highlight remains the fastening system: As a screw-on point, the internal thread cuts firmly onto the wooden shaft. This often holds better than any glue and allows for arrow building in seconds—ideal for quick repairs directly on the course.

Highlights

Lightweight: At only 70 grains, it is ideal for fast arrows and flat flight curves.
Compact Toughness: Very robust despite low weight due to the high material density of brass.
Glue-Free Assembly: The conical internal thread ensures a mechanical grip on the shaft.
Target Friendly: The smooth bullet shape penetrates cleanly, preserving the life of 3D foam targets.
