This arrow for measuring is used at archery, only to measure the personal pull-out length of an archer. The result is used to determine the length of the archer´s arrows and for determination of the draw weight that the archer actually has on his fingers.
For example, if the archer draws out 30 lbs, then you take the bow and pull the bow out with a bow-scale, so you can see at 30 inches how much draw weight the bow actually has. This is also important for establishing the spine value for the archer's arrow.
