The Black one - LARP - Safety Cushion Head
This safety cushion head is absolutely reliable and very resistant, diameter appr. 55 mm, for live action role playing – Larp.
The absorber, inside of the cushion head, is equipped with tolerance compensation elements. Thereby, 2 different shaft diameters can be used:
- Shafts made of carbon, from a diameter of 17/64 (6.75 mm)
- Shafts made of wood 5/16 inch (7.94 mm)
Shaft 17/64 is provided with adhesive and our recommendation:
UHU Endfest 300 – inserted into the shaft of the absorber of the cushion head pushed in to the stop. The arrow shaft can be inserted here with a rotary motion. The adhesive could also be introduced before insertion of the shaft already in the shaft of the absorber. When mounted thicker shafts – up to 5/16 inch – it is the same procedure. A push-in movement while simultaneously rotating of the shaft is to be avoided, because the built-in tolerance compensation elements would also be jeopardized.
Production affective there may be flash at the mould release of the cushion heads, by removing the flash, the surface can be has a slightly porous structure. Both features are not a defect in the conventional view, technically this has no effect and is no reason for complaints with the right to return or exchange.
Deviation in weight is possible.
