Hybrid Bow Zebrano Aponi
The Zebrano Aponi expands the popular Aponi series with a special variant. The riser is made of striking Zebrano wood, while all other features and specifications correspond to the proven Aponi hybrid bow from Bogensport Beier.
As a hybrid bow, the Zebrano Aponi combines the advantages of recurve and longbow. The compact, longbow-like riser provides lightweight and balanced handling, while the strongly reflexed limbs deliver the speed and dynamics of a recurve bow. This allows the bow to achieve high arrow speeds even at lower draw weights and offers a very comfortable, ergonomic draw.
A Zebrano Aponi with a 35 lbs draw weight and a 285-grain arrow reaches an arrow speed of approximately 180 feet per second, highlighting the performance of this hybrid bow.
The Zebrano Aponi is a versatile and fun companion for traditional archery. It is entirely handcrafted in-house, representing true craftsmanship made by Bogensport Beier – Made in Germany.
The hybrid bow is available in a length of 58 inches and can be ordered for both left- and right-handed shooters.
Available draw weights start at 15 lbs and increase in 5-lb increments up to 45 lbs.
The Zebrano riser not only gives the bow a striking appearance but also a pleasant feel. The limbs are strongly reflex/deflexed and designed for high arrow speeds. The core laminate is made of carbonized bamboo, offering low weight, elasticity, and excellent shooting characteristics.
Under the clear glass laminate of the limbs, there is a decorative layer of plane wood.
The tips are made of walnut and reinforced with Micarta, making the bow fast-flight capable.
