The high stopping power is due to the layered foam core with a very high density, which is manufactured using the PolyFusion. This layered foam core inner core is surrounded by a foam shell. The bolt or dart is already decelerated by the outer foam shell and on its way inside, into the layered core, it is slowly decelerated in the midst of friction. This means that damage to the crossbow bolt or arrow is almost impossible.
