Includes 6x 18650 Li-Ion batteries: The included 2,500 mAh lithium-ion batteries provide long-lasting power. These eco-friendly batteries can also be charged directly in the camera with a SEISSIGER solar panel.
The change of power supply is easy via exchangeable magazine cassettes. To do this, unscrew the cassette, carefully remove it, and insert the new cassette by first introducing the top edge and pressing the cassette downwards.
The complete package includes everything you need for immediate use: the SEISSIGER Special-Cam LTE SUPERSIM-Edition, an exchangeable magazine cassette including 6x 18650 Li-Ion battery 3.7V, another cassette for 12x AA batteries (batteries not included), a SUPERSIM prepaid multi-network card with €5 starting credit, a 32GB SDHC memory card, a camouflage antenna, a USB Type-C adapter, a tree strap, and a tree stand.
The camera offers various shooting modes such as burst, timer, and time-lapse. When motion is detected through temperature differences, the camera triggers and saves the recordings to the SD card. Photos or videos can be recorded in Full HD. The image resolution ranges from 3MP to 12MP, while videos can be recorded in 720P, 1080P, QVGA, or WVGA. The recordings are automatically sent, with the sending size selectable between 640x480 pixels (0.3 megapixels) and 1280x960 pixels (1.2 megapixels).
You can create up to 10 burst images or combine photo and video. The camera is exclusively usable with the SUPERSIM prepaid multi-network card, which automatically connects to any mobile network across Europe to ensure maximum network coverage.
The cost of sending recordings depends on their size:
- Up to 100 kB (Photo VGA/640x480): €0.02
- Up to 300 kB (Photo HD/1280x960): €0.03
- Up to 3 MB (QVGA video 5 seconds): €0.06
- Up to 5 MB (HD video 5 seconds): €0.09
- Each additional MB over 5 MB: €0.09/MB
The camera can be set so that the motion detector triggers in combination with a timer to take pictures at specified times. This is particularly useful for monitoring business premises or gardens. It also features a time-lapse function and loop recording, where the oldest recordings are automatically overwritten when the memory is full.
The black flash ensures high-contrast, razor-sharp night shots. The camera detects movement at a 42-degree angle and has a range of 25 meters, covering a width of 20 meters at a distance of 25 meters.
The integrated 2" color TFT screen allows you to view archived images and videos and check and adjust camera settings. Access to the menu can be password-protected.
The camera features simple and intuitive menu navigation and large control buttons.
With a ¼-20” thread, the camera can be mounted on standard tripods. The practical tree stand is included.
The camera can be powered by batteries, 18650 Li-Ion batteries, or via a cable connected to an external power source, such as the SEISSIGER solar panel, which charges the batteries directly in the camera.
